DDR4-4600 at reduced performance compared to 4500.
 This could be the reason why there's no more 4600 CL19 kit in the market and G.Skill went for super-binned B-Die with A2 PCB rated at 4600 CL18 1.45v. DDR4-4600 CL19-24-14-43-2T @ 1.45v  |

I think I might have just hit the IMC wall at this voltage or perhaps cooling limit.

Apparently stability at 4700 is still possible with 1.50v, just need to give the IMC more juice of VCCSA at 1.55v ...
DDR4-4700 CL19-22-22-42-2T @ 1.50v  As a bonus, 4800 is also bootable[/B] DDR4-4800 CL19-22-22-42-2T @ 1.55v  |
