Just now I went to McD's drivethru and a guy spotted Snowball. Then he said, "That's a cute mouse you have there." Hehe. Wonder what'll happen if I told him that she's a rat instead.

Haha. Winter reminds me so much of Snowball.
Yesterday night Snowball sneakily climb from my desk onto my bed. My bed is right beside my desk where my 3 babies are playing.
Boy, was I surprised when she poked her head out from behind my laptop. xD

Ehehe. And I found out that Snowball loves ice-cream. She kept licking my finger and asking for more.

What to do.. I spoil all my pets.
Gave them chocolate cookies the other day too. They really enjoyed those.

Wah... don't give chocolate loh... quite dangerous since cocoa in chocolate is poisonous to animals.... unless you give carob, which is a substitute for cocoa then ok lah.

Aiyah, rats apa also makan. You give them scrambled eggs, burger, cheese, apples... hehehe... they love them. Give them dogfood or catfood for extra protein. If you wanna give an extra treat, you can give the Wet canned dogfood, they love it but give only a little cos wet food spoils faster.

I read online that rats are the only animal that's safe to have chocolates. There were quite a few articles on that topic, so I thought it'll be alright to let them try out a little.

Anyway, I only gave them a little. Don't think it'll be enough to do any harm besides gain a little more weight.

Aiyah, when you say rats, automatic people would picture the brown rat@ longkang rat... but they do not know how great they are as pets... I mean the rats that are for pets lah, not the longkang version haahha.

Hehe. I get that from my friends too.
They assume that my rats are the brownish type. So I've learned to call them fancy rats instead of just rats.
At least that way, my friends will pause for a while before going "Huh??"
