plan to use my old fish tank to keep guppy...but wat should i do first to clean the tank?..coz the tank left around very long d..and there is some salt harden on the tank..how ar?

hmm. guppies dont need so clean la. the dirtier the better.
my guppies living in a 5 foot aquarium the water never change since 2002 only add water. got moss and weird crap inside but the guppies are humongous. will upload photo once i figured out how to upload a phyoto |

 Seriously no need to change water?? I thought guppies cannot tolerate high amounts of amonia? It'll cause the fins to "burn" or something. |

got Moss la.
and grass and green gunk. the gunk will absorb nitrate and ammonia as nutrient then in turn the fish munch on the gunk. so i never feed the fish and i never change water. damn economic. any idea how to upload pictures.? |

hi all...
i'm still new keep guppy... here is the photo of my guppy...  i'll hope u all can see the guppy...got 6 in last month...but yesterday only have 3 guppy bcoz after they breed & get son,the female will die immediately(this is what my dad told me bcoz my dad already went to fish course before)...then now i already get lot of baby...here the photo...  then now i got aquestion...where to get the baby of guppy food??urgent need...  |

yes...she died bcoz of tired & also stress i think logically...i'mnot at home when the babies born...so no one know the babies born & the mother died...so just use standard guppy fish & crush it & give the babies lah ye??

u can even feed the guppy with boiled egg yolk for the baby guppy....u eat the white, guppy eat the yolk!!

ur female look great!!.....they dun eat egg yolk ar??? hmmm....but jus leave it there la if u wan....can be their spare food when u busy to feed them or not around.....yea, if ur tank got planty of algae or plants, then u nonit feed the baby guppy also can...but ur plant will soon habis!!!....hahahaha
