i would advice you to call unifi and ask them to reset port see if there is any improvements or not

Earlier, I'm having packet loss + constant disconnections (from my end, I don't know that I'm DC from Steam but my friends told me that I kept on dc / reconnect)

For the past 2 days, packet loss issue is gone but still getting DC very frequently

Where's your location la? I haven't had any probs with my connection, except during major issues (subsea cable went kong, etc)

last night i got cut out of connection at about 11pm
and then i restart modem + router, all become normal again.
