I am still having packet loss like crazy.
Guess how long it took to load the speedtest page? freaking 5 minutes. I saw their twitter page with tm quoting they are still doing undersea cable stuffs and that post was created on 8th March?? WTF???
TM called me again when i was at work, conveniently stating that they will close my report as the technician didnt find anything wrong. What sort of a technician that doesnt understand what a packet loss is and how to simulate it TM?
I told them not to close the report and asked them to send that technician again tomorrow. They siad will do.
I got back and still had the stupid packet loss and high ping again. Heck even youtube does not want to load. I called them again and asked what time the technician will be coming. They said dont know technician didnt specify. WTF having technician like this with no SOP?? How do I know what time he is going to come now?
The best past, I made my first report on the 2nd March. Even that report is still open and i cant even claim the rebate. Even their technical support team and billing team dont speak to each other and instead will ask you to be their mediator.
I have already made my report to MCMC and advise everyone to do the same, else they are keep going to come up with these sorts of bullshits.
