called their helpline : 1300 88 1221
the first greeting they announced the expected time recovery would be at the end of March.

Otherwise like my issue dulu, reset port didn't do shit. So tweet them frequently, and go kacau their tweets by other users lol

unless you constantly make a report, and use that report number, lodge complaint to MCMC with all details.
then there will a special escalation team that handle MCMC triggered report that will be handled more carefully.

No wonder i cant access speedtest. Only lyn and certain malaysia based website can access fast. Heard the backup routes also under maintenance. Slow internet until end of month i think

its been too long now, since wednesday night. reset port oso still slow.

1 month fix timing oso not enuff. full of shet.
