2nd day since the technicians replaced the modem.
Connection has been better at night.

Though, I doubt this had anything to do with the modem as my older one was working fine. Because I made multiple reports, TM services called me after the technicians left and told me that they would be monitoring my line for a couple of days. Tonight will be the 2nd night, and so far things are looking OK.

I suggest all of you that are having problems to call TM and bug them consistently. Threaten that you will approach MCMC if this isn't solved.

fark man, i'm using 50mbps and my roku fails to even connect to netflix. wadafak is going on?!

I upgraded to Unifi30 couple of months ago. WORST DECISION EVER

- Slow 360p youtube stream

- Upload speed only 5mbps, means laggy online gaming

- Connection keep flatlining , means I disconnect from game server every 15 minutes!



Fucking Unifi has made me quit gaming all together. Report SKMM also no action, now I pay rm200 just to read news, can't even youtube!

So many years I just tahan, we all need to start a fucking lawsuit

i'm having same problem, youtube 360p also stutter and loading i'm using VIP10, it wasn't like this last time.
followed this method and changed to a very complicated password, the problem solved, and the line back to normal, seems so far so good.
WTF is it true someone been stealing my line lately..... ?

Not sure bro, im one of the earliest 30MB subscriber, actually before this its really great, smooth speed blazing fast, but after like 2 months or so it started to become crazy like this. Im not sure whether its "international" connection problem or TM line already congested in my areas. Sighh.
