should be just below 500k. I did some quick numbers at the sales gallery it is all around 700psf after discount as the jump per floor is 500 (until lvl 22)

Hope this TR with only 4 lifts to service 24 units per floor will soarrrrrrr in time to come. I'm not worried about the surrounding at all given the redevelopment of pekeliling and also the land right next to TR. MKH is keeping and managing the 12 units of retail below in which they sum up to around 50k sf. Whack Whack Whack!!!!

Bangla then bangla la. I know of some lousai condo in a lousy kampung with squatters soarrrrrr like they were on steroids. History is there to guide us to foresee the future. Doing something is better than doing nothing. Talk is cheap while action speaks louder than words.

At 700psf in a reasonably central location and LRT access, seems hard to go wrong. MKH is no big league developer, but they seem to be able to pull through some OK project.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SALES AGENT NAME : GEORGE!

I booked 2 units in TR Residence during soft launch in January before CNY (<5% booked).

After come back from CNY, that sohai agent told me that the landowner want both of my units, so tell me move to other unit. MKH so stupid didnt even give landowner first right to pick, then go soft launch already. so not professional!

So i swallow my saliva, go change to other units because no choice.

Then after 3 weeks, MKH and this sohai George come tell me that the unit I pick, management Greedy want to convert into low cost hotel unit, so now kick me out even though already pay booking. Now the problem is all the layout already booked. Then MKH and George tell me no choice, MKH is public listed company, need grow 'asset base' etc etc

The worst part is this George agent talk like MAKE ME PUKE BLOOD doh.gif doh.gif , instead giving me solutions, the fella keep pushing me other units, tell me that if got loan reject will give me (SOHAI LA, i booked when no one booking leh) ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif

I hear this also super sien already. Walao so unprofessional attitude i booked the earliest now what unit also cannot get.

This type condo really cannot buy one, don't expect their management to be good because all they care is profit profit profit. You booking already also they will cancel, not cancel once, but twice ranting.gif

You are so unlucky wey bro. Level 30-34 all MKH songlap back. The George has been calling up those who booked if they want any panel bankers.

Same case for me... WTF is this? This George has serious communication issue... Talking to him is like talking to stone ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif

Understand it's not his decision to reserve all those units but he doesn't fail to make the situation worse. Not just George, but most of the sales officers in that TR gallery will make you puke blood to death, they didn't even know the project well, couldn't get the direction right, didn't know which one is block A&B, what APDL means...etc.

Really dono what to say, no more blood after this experience.

Hello bradder, I booked two units in 30 floor above, this George never even called me wor... I have to read from lowyat to know all these info. Better mkh pay you all the agent fee, most reliable news source.

Sum more when I contact him, he say me quickly change to other lower unit, but all taken! He didnt tell me hey XX unit in floor XX is vacant and you should take it for bla bla reason. He literally just say change unit. change to what unit?? rclxub.gif , all book dy ma hai. Really no give solution. Sum more you call him hor, he talk as if he is the buyer. like that wor

The thing is, mkh can def hire experienced agents to run this project and nail it. you public company cincai cincai do project this big hor, rili show the inefficiency of your company. they run the hotel later hor, sure many many problem. starting with the lift. what if they reserve one lift for hotel guests?? gone i tell you. you walk the stair until ur balls aso drop.
