Surrounding old products like Vue Resi is actually hovering 800-950 psf (way more expensive than TR) unlike TS which has already sees its appreciation staggering down due to its old age and health (tenant mix). Let's not forget TS will be further pressured by Asie Pekeliling redevelopment. Unless you are hoping for the "international" tenants in TS to move to TR and Asie while better tenants would move to TS instead. #dreamer
