It's not. Ekoquay (Site B) is next to The Reach Titiwangsa. Site C will be the closest to TR but it's still very far away. Site C is sited right opposite Capers and Fennel area. I can't wait to see what will be cooking on Pekeliling land and Asie land. 🔥

I think they changed the corner layouts because those Asie development will be blocking TR. Lets hope Asie will be building more commercial elements regardless the oversupply instead to curb competition.
