Hi Guys, just want to share out something after received my latest mbb card statement.
MBB didn't charge me any Financial Charge when I just paid outstanding balance(statement balance-campaign cashback) instead of statement balance.

Of coz they can't charge you. cash back is also consider as payment. as long as the payment is before the statement due date.

yea, i knew that. i posted this because somebody said before they got the financial charge due to this. But it didn't happen to me, normally I would just pay statement balance and ignore cash back. But last month I only paid outstanding balance as you cannot pay more than outstanding balance, this is because I didn't have any new swipe after the campaign cash back.

I've been paying the net amount only (statement balance - cash back) for the following, MBB2 Card, Wise Card & Watami Card.

Never incurred any finance charges.

I want to terminate my TNB & Digi autopay with Amex.
I couldnt find the termination form in website, only found the autopay enrolment form.

I have to terminate the autopay then only can proceed with the cancellation of the 2 cards right?

Maybank won't recognize refund from merchant as settlement. Cash back on the other hand is a settlement.
Need to argue with cs only got the refund treated as settlement...

Can call CS to check out and if really rejected, send an email to CS to request to split limit from your M2Cards for your Ikhwan.
