Maybank is getting so tight now, tried to apply mbb ikhwan plat, they say my mbb2card plat credit limit too high, reject my application. the bank officer tell me the only option is to reduce my current credit limit by 10k which is platinum card minimum credit limit, so i can use that 10k to apply new card..

the Credit Limit is not shared within the same bank?

So what is decision?

Effective 1 January 2016, you will no longer be receiving the hard copy statement which is sent to your corresponding address. You may instead view your e-Statement online via M2U. Alternatively, you may also opt to have the e-Statement sent to your email address.

e-Statement is secure, convenient and accessible anytime, anywhere with internet access. For your easy reference, kindly follow below steps to view both your e-statement and Card Statement details in M2U:

e-Statement in M2U

1) Login to M2U
2) Select "e-Bills & Statements" followed with "Statements"
3) For first time Bills & Statement user, you will be prompted to "Accept Stop Hardcopy T&C". Click Accept.
4) Click "Email Statement Delivery" and enter your email address and password.
5) For NOT first time "Bills & Statement" user, you will just need to click on "Email Statement Delivery." Thereafter, enter your email address and password.

Card Statement details M2U

1) Login to M2U
2) Click on "e-Bills and Statements"
3) Click on "Bills and Cards"
4) Click on "Cards"
5) Select your preferred card by clicking "view"
6) Under the view statement page, you may choose from the below 3 (three) options:
i) View Statement Details - View individual card transaction details
ii) Download / Print Statement - Download and save or print statement
iii) E-mail Statement - Receive card statement via E-mail

Should you wish to logout, kindly click ‘Online Banking' and select logout.

Note: You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 7 or higher) installed to open the PDF files
