230K for a 850sft is very cheap! thumbup.gif However, the disadvantage is that it may become very "chap" with ppl buying it for their workers to stay or it may attract the "foreigners" to stay sad.gif

Lol. By merely looking at the asking price doesn't tell how many flippers out there. Anyway, not surprised too if that's the case for the very beginning stage of a township development.

i am agree with Jason boss, have a look at rimbayu 1st phase, all banners, i think it is normal.
pro and cons nia, without some flipper the price won't be rising.

actually i am expecting less flippers in SEH, as the sms is quite last minute.
Then again, won't be surprised if there's a lot for flippings due to low entry price.

Flippers not working one, standby everyday, just wait for sms and fast hand fast leg.
