Guys, the whole thing about the MOT signing is very messy/unclear.

You can choose either one of the dates being told in the letter, but you need to call SPS to confirm the date and they will book the appointment with the lawyer on the said date.

I am not sure if you can call the lawyer directly to confirm, I tried but the call doesn't get through. So what I did is the above, call SPS.

yesterday i call to sps but sps ask me call lawyer.
then i call to lawyer firm they said can pos laju to me @ goto lawyer firm to sign.
but js now they call me again can sign this weekend at sps.

My understanding of the arrangement is as follows:-

1) Your SPA/Loan Solicitors will contact you to confirm the appointment date for execution of the MOT and MOC, either on 5, 6, 19 or 20 September 2015 at the SEH WC;

2) If you are unable to attend to the execution of the said documents on any of the prescribed dates at the SEH WC, then you may choose to execute it at your solicitors office on any other agreed date;

3) If you fail to make an appointment date with your solicitors and you suddenly turn up either on 5, 6, 19 or 20 September 2015 at the SEH WC, then you will not be able to proceed with the execution of the documents as your documents will only be sent to the SEH WC upon your confirmation of the appointment date.

Hopefully the above clarifies all the confusions ya smile.gif

My solicitor sent the MOT document via Pos Laju to me and asked me to send back via Pos Laju too

Then I guess the other way around to do it is inform SPS and they can appoint with the lawyer as well.

Anyway, seems like there's so many way and it is totally not written in the letter!

SDP selling Kiara Court in NI at 305,888 for a 929sft apartment with lift, total 5 blocks, each 6 storey high.

probably only those P1 Phase 1 unit ready in Sept.
I checked my loan disbursement, seems like about half or so only disbursed by bank :S

The law firm called me yesterday, and gave me 3 options to sign the MOT doc:

1. via Poslaju
2. sign at law firm
3. sign at SEH on 5th or 6th Sept from 10 to 5pm

230k is for 850 sqf unit I suppose.. Some other forummer said it will be 18 floors high, perhaps with some parking floor.. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Tenby Semenyih shall have the first intake in September 2016, just less than a year from now.. So, need to keep track with the progress..

Tenby Semenyih consists of many blocks of building as well..
