SDP selling Kiara Court in NI at 305,888 for a 929sft apartment with lift, total 5 blocks, each 6 storey high.

230K for a 850sft is very cheap! thumbup.gif However, the disadvantage is that it may become very "chap" with ppl buying it for their workers to stay or it may attract the "foreigners" to stay sad.gif

Yes, for investor, in terms of "profit yield", rumah Selangorku definately can give you better return. But just bear in mind, Rumah SelangorKu is meant for own stay, not for flipping or rental. It's sinful to convert subsidy to become your own profit. 

As a matter of fact, the residents that stay in rumah Selangorku should unite and report to the local authority if they found someone is renting the unit.
