If really particular about fengshui, I think should just change the location of the door.. Not really big renovation..

I heard people said toilet door facing bedroom no good, facing main door no good, facing dining table no good, facing living also no good... Then not sure should face where..

Perhaps like you said, shut the toilet door always.. Now got those sliding toilet door, very convenient and the pattern imprinted very beautiful also..

Response is very good, especially from the associates / staffs.. That's why they open up the D'Cerrum for sale as well.. Initially only target for D'Cassia..

According to the tradition, SP Setia normally will reserve 1/3 of the units for the associates/staffs. The sales chart you saw most likely only those associate/staff units, which most of them being snatched up, if not mistaken.

Of course, I maybe wrong if SP Setia decided to change the usual practise.

For those who have FengShui concern, can choose the D'Cassia units. The master bedroom door is not facing the bathroom door. The bathroom door also not directly opposite to the door of Bedroom 2.

BRE, this layout is better in terms of Fengshui than D'Cerrum unit right?

For both of the D'Cerrum and D'Cassia?

D'Cerrum + D'Cassia total 1200 ++ units..

So, 1/3 is around 400 units..

What's make you prefer D'Cerrum more compare to D'Cassia?

Looks to me in terms of facility, D'Cassia is better? D'Cassia has swimming and wading pool, 2 multipurpose courts, jogging track that's can't be found in D'Cerrum.

So, it is started from RM 242k rather than RM 230k?

RM 242k is for the lowest floor of D'Cassia?
