No more land for 20 x 70 DSL in SEH, except the land currently used for show houses. Not sure when they are going to demolish those show houses, so can't project the sales price yet.. hmm.gif

As for SEH 2:

I remember one of my vendors went there and went back home empty handed as he was late 30 minutes into the queue.  At that time, it was really a good buy, merely above 400k, though i saw propwall mentioned starting from 380k.

Don't take flexi loan from CIMB anymore...

CIMB shall charge a flexi charge of RM40 monthly if your average facility usage is less than 70% per month, starting from 1 Dec 2015.

For example, loan 100k, you put 31k inside the flexi account, at the end of month, they will charge you RM 40 because average utilization per month is less than 70% (means bank loans you 100k, but you only use 69k instead)..

If including the monthly RM 10 and GST, monthly charge is a whopping RM 53 per month.. doh.gif doh.gif
