Just received the info from SA...

There will be 4 covered staircase connecting the covered car park to the main units..

2 staircases for each block...

However, the covered staircase only available at the first floor and top floor of the covered car park..

I would say this is a significant value added feature for the apartments.. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Semenyih still don't have a completed highrise for benchmark yet..

In terms of new launch pricing, Ascotte used to be considered the cheapest pricing - starting from RM 286,000 for a 860sqf unit, translating to about RM 333/sqf.

D'Cassia and D'Cerrum SEH are medium cost apartments and some where 20% cheaper than Ascotte. This is why it seems very attractive and able to lure the attention.

Nevertheless, Ascotte still have some features better than D'Cassia and D'Cerrum, for example the car parks, security matter, number of lift service etc, which justify its higher price accordingly.

Of course, in terms of building materials spec and landscape, I don't think any of the highrise in Semenyih currently is somewhere near to WOTP.. brows.gif brows.gif

Total unit in D'Cerrum and D'Cassia would be around 1,200 ++

If 1/3 is reserved for associate/staff, means still have 800 ++ unit for sale to public..

Any number below 800 should still able to secure a unit accordingly, of course by excluding the bumi quota factor..

Tomorrow is Sunday, I thin would be the peak period for people go to SEH casting their cheque.. biggrin.gif

Anyone has further details on this transaction, especially for the one in Semenyih?

Perhaps this refer to the EcoForrest transaction by EW, which worth RM225.3mi? hmm.gif hmm.gif or the Gadang land which worth RM 95.8 million?

But the report here said "industrial plots".... hmm.gif

2 years ago, I believe quite a number of us already queuing in front of the brand new SEH welcome center at this timing.. Some maybe still vroom vroom vroom from else where..

Time flies, 2 years have passed and we are expecting the vacant possession of our unit very very soon... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

If not mistaken Tiara East unit suppose to be 24 x 70 with at least 2146 sqf buildup.. Not sure why brickz said it's only 1779 sqf instead.. hmm.gif

Here you go: No 2, Jalan Ecohill 1, Setia Ecohill, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor

Try using the Ecohill link from Lekas, don't use the Jalan Semenyih which is narrow, full of traffic lights and a lot of bottlenecks..

The price to pay is RM 1.10 one way, but is totally worth it on the time/petrol saving plus the smooth feeling of navigating your car along the journey..

Bro, Ecohill club house shall be built early next year, consists of 5 floors, about 350,000 - 400,000 sqf of buildup.. Inside shall have most of the facilities similar to D'Tempat club house as well.

Ecohill club house shall be located at the highest point in Ecohill (beside the PARC) and here's a video showing you the exact location of the land. It is actually located just next to the EcoCave roundabout..

Wah, it will be very difficult to mention in a few lines about these 4 projects.. As you can see, Ecohill thread reaching version 15 while EcoMajestic thread has reached version 8..

These 23 threads, consists of more than 44,000 posts, are centered on Ecohill and EcoMajestic only, though I need to admit that majority of my post are for the sake of blow water only.. tongue.gif tongue.gif

If you want a cheaper route, should be Kelana Jaya - Federal Highway - East West Link - Grand Saga - Semenyih/Kajang bypass - Lekas - Ecohill..

If not mistaken, the toll only RM 1.00 + RM 1.10 = RM 2.10 one way.
