Just received the info from SA...
There will be 4 covered staircase connecting the covered car park to the main units.. 2 staircases for each block... However, the covered staircase only available at the first floor and top floor of the covered car park.. I would say this is a significant value added feature for the apartments.. |

Anyone has further details on this transaction, especially for the one in Semenyih? Perhaps this refer to the EcoForrest transaction by EW, which worth RM225.3mi? 2 years ago, I believe quite a number of us already queuing in front of the brand new SEH welcome center at this timing.. Some maybe still vroom vroom vroom from else where..
Time flies, 2 years have passed and we are expecting the vacant possession of our unit very very soon... |
