Hi Hotlink,

My hotlink prepaid number (017 XXX2820) was just terminated yesterday (7 Oct), can you help to re-activate my number? I really really wish to get back this number. I am oversea and won't be able to go to Maxis/Hotlink service centre for the re-activation, appreciate if you can help. Looking forward to your reply, many thanks!

Hi hotlink, im using hotlink number.
My number 011xxxx9806 having problem, cannot connect to network service.

It shows
"Managed Roaming"
Network with limited service found.
Do you want to initiate a network search?

Network search done, it shows available networks.
BUT cannot connect any of the available network.
Shows
"Cannot connect to network now, Please try again later"

Been trying few times still cannot connect.
I try using the sim card on another phone, same result sad.gif
Restarted my phone and try connect also no use sad.gif
Any advice?

We regret to inform that reactivation is no longer available due to SKMM direction. Please walk in to the nearest Maxis Center/authorised dealer to purchase a new SIM pack if you wish to get a new Hotlink number.

i had one hotlink number. last month i received an sms saying its going to be deactivated soon. so i topped up rm10. few days later the line said no service. i called customer service and said they cant do anything bout it as its already deactivated. nice mega_shok.gif

I top up my phone numbers and i received the message from the bank on my transaction. However i did not received any message from maxis that it has been successfully top up. I can provide you with the details required.
