Geez.. mine just expired yesterday and cannot be activated due to SKMM's direction.. been using this number for more than 12 years

We no longer practice exceptional handling for reactivation of expired numbers. This changes is applicable for all channel (walk-in, call or online).
Prepaid users will need to purchase a new sim pack (with a new number) upon expiry. Any inconvenience caused is much regretted.

Yes, you may walk-in to any of our nearest Maxis center to check on the number availability to be register as postpaid (if available).
