Hey... So I'm new with this number thing but Hotlink didn't remind me of the expiry date of my phone number or maybe they did but I didn't receive... So my number is +60172154530... Hope Hotlink can help me recover the number as soon as possible... Appreciate it... I would also like to know when did my phone number expired if that's possible...

My hotlink number was expired in 31st August. Day after that i called hotlink call centre and they informed me that I need to walk to maxis service centre and it can be reactivate again. but on 2nd September, I went to service centre, the rep was telling me that it cant be done. Need to come again next time to check the availability of the number. I am quite confused when I came to the centre again yesterday and it still cant be done. I really need the number for my shop operational.

Why does Hotlink Helpline said number is still available, yet when walk in to Maxis Center was told number not available?
