My number 0126992900 has been deactivated, how can I get it back?

Hope you are able help me ASAP. My termination date was 29/1/2019 and i straight away topup rm30 to keep the line. But top up was not updated on hotlink apps but funds deducted from my ebanking. It’s already 30/1 now. I have tried to call to the contact centre but no one is able to assist. I need to keep the line as it is linked to all banking details. Can you please assist?

The only option would reactivate it as postpaid service. By right, there should not be any option available for user to reactivate his/her expired prepaid number.

To reactivate the expired prepaid number, you will need to walk into Maxis Centre to reactivate it back as postpaid service.

hey there.....I have hotlink number which activated for 365 days about three months ago. but now there hotlink line is not active in my phone. I need to know is the number is expired? basically after the 365 days activation I have not reload isit my line is barred? anywhere I could check on this?

Thank you guys for helping me to get back my number... Have successfully registered back the same number under postpaid plan.... No choice... postpaid is the only option but good thing they allow me to choose package. I went with RM98...

i dont think they allow. But you can port out to other telco through MNP.

hotlink already said if expire only way is convert to postpaid because previously alot of ppl also keep ask reactivate but dont take it seriously.

We are sorry as we unable to reactivate expired Hotlink number. However, to use the same number you can re-register under postpaid at nearest Maxis centre. You need to use min 6 months under postpaid before you can change back to prepaid.
