Hope you are able help me ASAP. My termination date was 29/1/2019 and i straight away topup rm30 to keep the line. But top up was not updated on hotlink apps but funds deducted from my ebanking. It’s already 30/1 now. I have tried to call to the contact centre but no one is able to assist. I need to keep the line as it is linked to all banking details. Can you please assist?

By any chance you have the reference number from our careline? If not, please provide your details via PM with these,

- full name
- IC/passport number
- requested prepaid number
- alternate contact number
- topup transaction details in full
