If your case have ended, your dispute tag might not stick with you. If you have time to talk here, why not you go to your dispute thread and settle your own case as well?

Well, I never thought of removing my tag at the 1st place. From the previous post that i said. "I can easily remove my tag by applying a new account". Which I don't. This is because. I don't concern much on the tag at all.

you get rid of your tag by SOLVING your disputes, and not RUNNING AWAY from them.

Espionage, in terms of business etiquette u r the least to talk. As anyone is now currently reading this thread be adviced what Espionage sayz n does r two completely different things.

basically most of the time, commonly, handphones are sold because they start to cause problems and 99% of it is because of the battery. So if anyone want to buy a second hand handphone, just take note. Ask the seller explicitly anything wrong with the battery.

Then again, buyer want to get a good deal, seller want to get rid of "faulty" handphone with good price...both stuck in the middle.

End of the day...what you pay is what you get. You can try getting refund from seller but it up to seller to honour his word.

As for Espionage, your attitude remind me of Moppy. Enough said.

IMO seller shud states the phone condition in his thread also reminding his/her future buyer when COD-ing.So that it'll crystal clear and no upcoming problems later.

Anyway to TS, I understand that you already attempted to request the seller to change the battery. However he refuses because he says battery not under warranty right(suspicious, but let's assume that's his policy). Then you can rightfully return the phone back to him and demand a full refund because the seller is at fault for not giving specific details of the warranty coverage. i jus plug tat charger to normal house use 3 pin socket and switch on and plug tat input to hp .....but tat hp response as all , but when i use my sis charger on tat hp....it can use

i confirmed tat charger something wrong , switched on v long but no heat as all.....normally nokia 3xxx 8xxx charger r very hot right ?
