No chance at all at 5.30am, already full and some ppl queue at other category. Today is a group of friends/uni friends take all the AA ticket, they seems like overnight cause some of them just sleep on floor.
Conclusion, overnight if want to buy RM1 AA. I will do it if AA allow any destination 😅

But you have to queue at the line, sleep in office not count 😅Just asked the AA staff, they come at 3AM.

How come? As the officer i spoke to, keep remind me on swipe 3 times to waive first year annual fee.

Why Citibank credit card took so long time to arrive??
1st replacement card took 3 weeks. (End of week 2 already call to CS and they advice me to cancel due to unusual long time)

Now 2nd replacement card already close to 1 month but still not yet received. (CS told me already ship it out via normal post)

In fact I still receiving letter from postman which make me think unlikely from postman issue..

Anyone facing similar issue here recently?? (last time they delivery using pos laju)

How to add another card if I'm holding other card which is current customer?

Chat with Citi Online, ask me apply online. Citi no more instant apply online? Only can submit my contact details to them. Then they so slow to contact me, I need to submit my details twice they only contact me. And fine, after contact, she said she will send me the additional card request form for me to sign and send back. Then after 2 days until today, I did not receive any email. The officer did confirm my email address before end conversation that day. And I keep refresh my mailbox include junkbox, nothing inside. So I go to Citi Online to ask, but this is so funny! They not trying to solve my problem. Ask me go citi website download the fresh application form and send to so called citimalaysia email.

I'm surprised that none of their staff can handle my request. I remember previously with the add card request, got individual officer email me the form. So this is how they serve their customer just because I'm not new to bank customer so they can just dont entertain? Pissed off (I did screw up the officer in Citi Online and also rate bad service on that chat) And I"m so not in mood and felt like don't want to add card and even want cancel their card already.

Ya I do know there is an online application link, last time I did when I submit my fresh application.
I also felt easy. But I think recently they take off this feature from their system
