Which is one of the reasons I do not like Citibank and SCB cards as my daily drivers. RHB Shell Visa and HLB Wise Visa are both superior because their "groceries" list extends to all outlets that meet the MCC criteria.

Does Citibank offer any retention for card cancellations these days?

I had an auto debit insurance transaction on 25th June. Saw it as "pending" in the app.

However today when I see, the transaction is no longer on the app. The transaction shows as completed on the insurance portal.
