Citi Simplicity Card has no AF at all

Does anyone here feel that the airasia city to rewards card benefits doesn't make sense.  Rewarding customers the benefits of getting airasia big points but complimenting to KLIA1 lounge access?

Saw RM 90 appear on my Clear card statement which indicates I will need to pay for the AF. I have no intention to keep this card, so I called CS just now to cancel it.

CS checked and said my AF has been automatically reversed and saying I can check in my Internet banking and if it doesn't, it will show up in 3-5 working days. I was very surprised as I seldom use this card, total expenses maybe less than RM 500. Since that's the case, I told her I will continue holding this card.

After I hung up the call, I checked my app and it was showing -RM 90 and no, it's not a reversal, it means I will need to pay for the amount. Well, I will give this CS some benefits of doubt and will call again next week if I don't see the reversal.

I checked my app today and surprised to see, I indeed got an auto AF reversal.

OK, I will continue using it.

I don't think my luck will continue for PremierMiles which will due in October.

Called to cancel but was offered free AF for next year, so I decided to keep first

rewards signature supplementary card entitled for free plaza premium lounge too?

so lets say RM1=1rp
So i buy a RM1000, hence got 1000rp
as i know citi will send u sms to use the point deduct in the statement.
I want to know is how many rp equal to RM1 for redeem value? same above?

This card is at Visa Signature/World Mastercard level.
AF is RM 600 (from RP; couldn't find from Citibank website).

Is the Citibank VS PPL access only for KLIA?

I think Penang, Kuching and kk also entitled

Today statement should be for August, no?

Want to ask if cancel straight away, do they ask you to pay all the outstanding balance on the spot, or the card got cancelled, wait for the monthly statement, then pay the outstanding when statement comes.

Applied for premier miles card but it appear on my criss pending 4000..... This card with this limit?? Or when is approved the limit will be adjusted? My annual income is 150k with housing and car loan.

Have you received any SMS regarding ur application already? I applied through Comparehero too for the free Airpods, submitted everything on last Thursday morning but until now still did not receive any news. 

of course I know tis. Tat is why i would like to know anyone successful waive for the annual fees.

if like everyday calling from their maxis fiber line. luckily i got use the TruecallerID to filter them.
