Can't find the article but great news. Is Aerotel in KLIA 2 applicable? Currently can only go in with PB VS 2X and would be great if this can be used.

Didn't specify which PPL in KLIA2, just mention eligible for KLIA2.

So I applied for a Citibank credit card around the beginning of March and still haven’t heard back from them.

Applied for the card online in conjunction with their TnG reload voucher promo.

Called up their CS multiple time’s to check on my status and was informed that their sales team arent working at the moment hence I have to wait till the MCO ends which sucks tbh.

Now I have a few question. I am a fresh graduate who just started working around 4 months ago. I do not have any loans or what so ever and this would be the first time that I am applying for a credit card.

What is the chances of me being approved with a card by CitiBank ?

Btw, my annual income would be pretty close to RM60k.

Citibank rejected my credit card application status.

If I call them, will they tell me why?

Minimum salary requirement - yes meet the requirement already. (Will anyone apply if their salary doesn't meet the requirement?)

EA form - submitted. It's proof of salary of what I declared.
3 months salary slip - submitted.
BE Form - submitted.
EPF statement - can't get it now.
Credit Score - doesn't exist. I never take loan or have credit card before.
IC - damaged a little. Like one corner missing (patah) and can't get new one due to MCO.
Not their customer.
What else is the problem? Because no CCRIS record, so considered high risk?

Hi all, I checked previous post stated Citi reward card point value is 400pt=rm1.
Is it still the same value?
CS offered 200k point + RM100 CB to offset RM600 A/F.
