I used 365 validity last year,so it means that by any chance i cant used use it anymore?
please give any solution that i have, or later i try to figure out what should i do next.

If you've used Validity 365 last year, means you're not on #Hotlink plan at that time.

Have you changed your plan to #Hotlink in the meantime? If not, you should still be able to use Validity 365.

If you've changed to #Hotlink plan, you'll generally not be allowed to change back to your old plan, and thus not be able to use Validity 365.

What's your current plan? You can check on your phone, then understand the situation from there?

My mom face the same problem....her package is #hotlink, she needs to reload everymonth till balance amount accumulated rm300++ already...she needs the validity 365...i try help her switch to DIGI but realize the balance in maxis won't bring forward to digi if i switch service provider...Maxis pls help bring back the validity 365...pls help..

With #hotlink plan, they wouldn't allow the subscription of 365 validty unless you are on other legacy rate plan.

We are sorry as #Hotlink is the only plan we offer to prepaid user at the moment & Validity365 is not available for #Hotlink.

Please be informed, if you wish to change your postpaid number to prepaid, we will change the plan to #Hotlink. We regret to inform, Validity 365 is not available with #Hotlink plan.
