If you've used Validity 365 last year, means you're not on #Hotlink plan at that time.

Have you changed your plan to #Hotlink in the meantime? If not, you should still be able to use Validity 365.

If you've changed to #Hotlink plan, you'll generally not be allowed to change back to your old plan, and thus not be able to use Validity 365.

What's your current plan? You can check on your phone, then understand the situation from there?

Yes, Digi's SLL, but not sure which part of page you're referring to. What's the heading in the page?

Friends and I have bought TuneTalk over the last few months and subscribed to the 1 year validity from 5 minutes to 3 days after activation without any issue. confused.gif

I'm thinking there's a possibility this is not across the board, but rather for those existing users caught unaware when Validity 365 was removed from the Hotlink Fast plan...?

Is changing of plans still allowed if say, I go out and buy a new Hotlink Fast SIM card today? I wonder. tongue.gif
