QUOTE(shidee98 @ Oct 30 2015, 05:29 AM) I used 365 validity last year,so it means that by any chance i cant used use it anymore? please give any solution that i have, or later i try to figure out what should i do next. regards If you've used Validity 365 last year, means you're not on #Hotlink plan at that time. Have you changed your plan to #Hotlink in the meantime? If not, you should still be able to use Validity 365. If you've changed to #Hotlink plan, you'll generally not be allowed to change back to your old plan, and thus not be able to use Validity 365. What's your current plan? You can check on your phone, then understand the situation from there?

QUOTE(bananabread @ Apr 30 2016, 12:41 PM) Ok. For digi is it called super long life? Is not available anymore. Check here- at near end of page http://new.digi.com.my/best-prepaidOr it offer to seasoned user only? Like tunetalk, u must be able to subscribe 1 year validity - only if u used tunetalk > 6 months Yes, Digi's SLL, but not sure which part of page you're referring to. What's the heading in the page? Friends and I have bought TuneTalk over the last few months and subscribed to the 1 year validity from 5 minutes to 3 days after activation without any issue.

QUOTE(xtemujin @ May 26 2016, 06:57 AM) Looks like a lot of demand to change to the Hotlink 365. Maybe can use USSD command instead of requesting here. I'm thinking there's a possibility this is not across the board, but rather for those existing users caught unaware when Validity 365 was removed from the Hotlink Fast plan...? Is changing of plans still allowed if say, I go out and buy a new Hotlink Fast SIM card today? I wonder.
