Hi Hotlink Team,

I wish to revert my #Hotlink to older plan that enables me to subcribe to Hotlink 365.

We regret to advised that changing of rateplan from #Hotlink to other plan is not allowed as we only offer #Hotlink plan. TQ

Sir/Mdm,

I would like to convert the #hotlink WM plan to basic plan which entitle for 365 days validity.
Actually i transfer from celcom postpaid this year i thought hotlink got 365, so i transfer from celcom to hotlink. If hotlink cant let me change to basic plan which entile for 365 days validity , i think will transfer to digi or tune talk
Please assist.

Sy nak tukar plan.. #hotlink tak boleh buat validity 365.. sy bukannye selalu topup..
Byk boleh jimat kalau buat validity 365.. please tukar..

I can confirmed that there are thousand and thousand of people have been asking for Validity 90 or 365.
Early this year I have contacted Hotlink customer service and I was told that Hotlink has upgraded to new menu and thus Validity 90/365 has been opted out for new plan.

So, Maxis and Hotlink, can you please consider to bring back the Validity 90 or Validity 365 for ease of Hotlink users and myself with following facts:
1. I'm residing in oversea most time and wish to keep the same number when I return home every time.
2. Keep myself stress free by reminding myself to reload every 30/60 days.
3. Free Internet during active period is pointless and useless to me (and most of the people) providing I subscribe to Mobile Internet package every time.
4. RM33.00 for Validity 365 is provided upfront to your company and customer gets the benefit. It's a WIN-WIN situation.
5. Having my number active for 365 days will keep yourself from recycling/reuse the numbers more often, eg: less work for you guys.

Please do not offer me to sign up plan with Maxis and freeze my account until I return home.
I have nobody to maintain that Maxis account.

Many thanks to #Hotlink.
My #Hotlink plan has been reverted to older BAGUS WM plan, which is what I wanted following months of discussion from Maxis forum to LYN.
FYI, #Hotlink has changed their *100# menu early 2015, users are not allow to revert to older plan, nor subscribe to Validity 90/365.
Note: Validity 90/365 is NOT available to new #Hotlink plan.

If you're currently using new #Hotlink plan and wish to subscribe to Validity, please follow these steps:
1. Reply to this thread (do not post your mobile number here, it's violating LYN's Maxis rules).
2. #Hotlink will PM you requesting further information including personal details and etc.
3. You will be given a case reference number via PM and SMS.
4. Your #Hotlink plan will be reverted to plan that may subscribe to Validity 90 or 365. (takes about few days)
5. Subscribe to Validity 90 or 365 via *100# menu or refer to:
    https://www.hotlink.com.my/content/hotlink/...hcat=AllResults

Are you a #Hotlink user right now? If yes, please be inform Validity 365 is not available with #Hotlink plan & we cant change your plan since #Hotlink is the only plan available now.

Im a bit confused. So can we still apply for the 365 days validity plan.
My brother stays in Shanghai and is only back to Malaysia once or twice a year. Each time he comes back he has to apply for a new number and then has to inform everyone of his new number. Quite a hassle. Ive been topping up his last number and has to keep an eye out that it doesnt get terminated. Found this thread and wonder whether he can change his no to a 365-valid sim.
