1. Preferred Brand - Any
2. Budget - below 3K
3. Usage - parent (first time using computer and learn)
4. Preferred
a) not 8inch. prefer 11~15?
b) windows based
c) touchscreen
d) tablet like but include keyboard

*Remark
a. MIIX 3 10' - nice price with nice spec, but me here hard to find. (nobody selling?)
b. Acer / Asus similar hybrid have little problem on tablet side, which touch the tablet somehow the tablet will flip over.
c. now aiming for Surface 3 4G/128G, which cost nearly 3K with keyboard....(almost overcost?)
d. SO. more suggestion needed

Maybe my question coverage all computer range which included tablet, laptop, AIO, and brick like casing pc.

If not out of topic, I accept AIO pc too, which large screen, i3 spec, with touchscreen.
And still cheaper then surface3 i believe.
