with that decent budget.. u can build itx range desktop jz 4-5kg only and with better graphic card and cooling... if only if u rarely move around... notebook is something portable... but dont expect much cz something like heat usually more favor towards notebook. if u buy notebook but, just switch it on 24/7 and rarely move around... i think desktop shud be good.. and save budget... maybe if u need notebook for work.. can purchase around 1.5/1.6k only

normally... i used to see designer... connect to external monitor..... maybe contrast of the monitor is different than the laptop panel. sometimes, color also play important role too.. i dont know much.. but.. laptop is kinda portable and easy to carry... so, they might do it somewhere easily and finishing might need external monitor... it just based on wat i see.. maybe other designer hv different style of approach...

if dell did offer free upgrade ram... gonna pick dell.. haha.. its seems... its worthwhile u get msi... then... later can resale again if quit gaming
