Not sure why it happens like that.
Can you tell us what setting you use for this shot?
Why don't you try to clean the lens with a cotton bud and try taking the same scene again.

timer 4 second
image quality high
flicker control 60Hz
EV +0.3

but sometime i get good photo using the same setting...
i'll clean the lens and post the photo again tonight..

Reflection of the light. It happens to digital camera as well.

i think the pic is better tonight...less reflection..wipe the lens and restart phone....

Haiz my phone spoil dy la. Very sad. Now selling off all the accessories and the spoilt phone. Check out my trade. You can use it as spare part or as extra stuff, 2 chargers, two battery etc.

Depends on how long you want it to be.
I used to put +2 with Night mode on.
The shutter open for quite some time. Longer then 4seconds but the EXIF photo only show 4 seconds.
But there is different in the photos taken.
