I have just gotten my OneCard and PRIV Mile card today. I am thinking of cancelling the PRIV card without activating it. Do I have to go to the branch to do it?

Just call them will do or you can drop them an email, at least you will have proof it's cancelled.

It depends on your spending pattern.

PRVIMiles is meant for frequent traveller.

Today check my ccris report, the card limit still showing a combination of PRIV and vox card... Should i revert this problem to bank Negara or uob bank?

Recently got rejected by ocbc cc and I think the high credit limit is the culprit...

Your CCRIS report is not update to date. It should reflect to September month condition.

Any discrepancy should go back to the respective bank to demand them to update the CCRIS database.

They update the database very slow.
I experience UOB and SC bank 2-3 months delay.

Can call bank cs to update ccris database?

I don't think CS can do that but they can log a call to expedite.

Yes I got both 5% and 0.3% for the same online transactions.
But they were given in separate timing and statements.

I believe the 5% + 0.3% could be some mistake in their software. Don't flame me!
