Forty, my preve CFE suddenly has a issue. The gear start at P and not able to shift out to 9ther gear.
I have try stop and start the engine many times, brake light also okie.
Any other thing I should do?

With Proton announced N95 grade cabin filtered for all existing Proton models, sadly our beloved Proton Preve is left out.

Existing Proton Preve only has a plastic net as cabin filter, not even a paper type cabin filter, so all the while Preve driver are breathing in unfiltered air.

Here is a photo of a used 3M aircond PM2.5 filter sheet that I taped on top of my Preve cabin filter plastic mat that covered around 80% of the surface.

Last two weeks I made a search on the compatible Preve cabin filter.

I came across this website that allow you to search for cabin filter based on filter dimension.

Unfortunately the website is in Chinese, but you can browse it using Chrome and do a website translation to English.

I did a search on the website using the cabin filter dimension that I measured long time ago, and the Proton Preve cabin filter dimension is around 178mm x 200mm x 18mm

With a plus minus 2mm tolerance, I am able to obtain a result.

A deeper dive into the result shows the cabin filter is for Nissan D50/R50/R50X in China market.

After that I did a search on Taobao, and found this seller that sells PM2.5 cabin filter for Nissan D50/R50/R50X.

One unit of the cabin filter is about RM15 after conversion from RMB, excluding international shipping, which is cheap for me.

I also chat with the Taobao seller and confirmed that this cabin filter is indeed the size within the tolerance.

The seller told me that their filter dimension is around 180mm x 200mm x 20mm.

Therefore I pulled the trigger and purchased 4 unit of the cabin filter.

One week passed and I received the cabin filter, and surprisingly it fits really well into the Preve cabin filter container.

The cabin filter dimension from the Taobao seller is around 198mm x 179mm x 20mm according to my own measurement.

Not only it fits well, despite the 2mm differences in all the dimension, the cabin filter is also able to slot into the blower firmly.

Next is to test if the PM2.5 filter really works, I have a PM2.5 sensor with me so I gave it a try.
Before aircond turned on, the PM2.5 reading on the sensor is around 20 plus minus.
After aircond turned on, the PM2.5 gradually reduced to around 0 and 1.

With this, I can see that this cabin filter is able to to filter out PM2.5 particulate as advertised.

Luckily I bought 4 of them, hopefully my stock can last me 1 to 2 years.

I totally disagree with the bolded words. I park my car under the hot sun as well. Until my leather steering peel off and decayed. Until my rear cabin lamp assembly decayed and broke by itself.
But I have never experienced this polarizer issue. I believe it is caused by something else

Hi guys, why my preve dont have light at gear? My Preve is Exec CVT.

I saw the video already...no details on how to remove the needle...he just say need to use force...then another person in prevoc fb forum says need lotsa force to open the needle.

At the risk of damaging the needle and having to buy rhe entire instrument clustes..the best way is to get it done by accessory shop though they charge rm150 for the repair

Hi, want to ask, if anyone have year 2018 and above Preve Premium around Selangor/KL area can borrow? want to see how stock DRL wiring goes. Purely for DIY purpose only, not for business. Other area also ok if u dare to open fusebox hahahha.

That 1 i know how is the wiring, Theirs is pnp with external relay and still need to tap at fuel pump and starter relay. what i want to see is whether able to do wiring to existing socket and relay without any tapping or external relay.

if you feel it is soft then can change together. But currently proton SC has no stock, I have been waited about 2 months. 
for only the braking system, the break oil got to be replaced also. I forgot the mileage for it, you can ask the SC.
