Is anyone still waiting for their order from lazada to arrive? I pre ordered on 20th October and its still being processed. Website says packed and waiting for delivery since 11th November. Does anyone know who I should contact to enquire about it?

So i called thudnermatch just in case. And i got a totally different response. Apparently this time I was told that the items are ready and packed but they are just waiting for the included free gifts to arrive and it should be sent out within the week. Im not sure this inconsistency in response is funny or sad

To everyone who pre-ordered from Lazada. I cancelled my order from Lazada as it one of the worst online shopping site ever. I pre-ordered my SP4 on 19th Oct and which was advertised to be ETA 19Nov. I dont mind even a few days delay but when i contacted they replied my email by cc to other department stating "client claims order ETA 19 Nov". And was told it will only be available 19th Dec. Best thing is their information online is so wrong is outrageous for example if you check on Lazada app and on the desktop it displays totally wrong information;

1. It says the SP4 i& 8GB ram 256GB price is RM10,560.00 with discount now cost RM 8,800.00 (refer pic).
2. Then SP4 i7 16GB 256GB tablet is RM 97,799.00 (refer pic)

1. Also error in pricing again whereby SP4 i5 256GB is RM9,799.00 (refer pic) 

On my order even better still ...
1. Pre-Ordered 19th OCT states clearly 19th Nov but now says 19th Dec.
2. Check Order status on desktop it says 3-5th Nov Delivery time estimate.
3. Check Order status on Lazada App it says delivered.

Even better again, called to check whether other models availability they said the same in Mid December arrival but when i called Thunder Match they tell me M3 and I5 model available and sold out i5 model with 8GB ram.

I dont know about the rest who ordered from Lazada but when you get wrong pricing, wrong ETA, wrong delivery time ..etc. You might as well just wait for it physically arriving in the store and buy it without worries. The whole point about Pre-Ordering is getting the damn thing on the launch day or worst a few days delay. After checking online about Lazada Online Shopping experience my decision to cancel the purchase is the best decision before i die of a heart attack. I am surprised why would Microsoft entrust the online Microsoft Store for the SP4 to Lazada. Anyway this is my experience with Lazada, hope you guys dont have to go thru it like i did. Nevertheless i will still buy the SP4.

Just buy from thunder match midv la. Checked yesterday, they got stock. While garden Microsoft only has m3 in stock.

Checked review on reddit and youtube. If you don't play game, m3 core is sufficient and many say that the temperature is very good for a fanless machine.

Is there anywhere i can get a surface pro 3 cheap? considering the pro 4 has been released lol. Not sure whether to get the i5 SP3 (if its cheap) or the M3 SP4, all i want is long battery life (well, m3 SP4?) and portability because a high end laptop that im using is such a bulky device to bring back and forth.

This could be a sort of very cliche question but between the Surface Pro 3 i5 and the Surface Pro 4 m3, which is better overall?

Lazada online is always damn shit. I don't get it why they have so many problems. I pre-orded surface pro4 + type cover. And I asked to cancel my order because i wanted to buy cheap version. After than I waited for one weak and they sent email that they failed to refund my money asked my information. Moreover, I got email today that they are going to refund 5800RM. Which is just surface 4 price without type cover. Made mistake again lol.  So I had to call help center explain this again. During the calling the girl didn't even say sorry to m. About my new order, they don't know what's going on about stock they just answer like a bird. It takes 5-6 workings days sir. What I don't understand is why they put "Delivery between 23-25 of November" even if they can't stock until those days.

sigh....seems like I am not alone.
