actually... allot to do ontop of that things you mention ! the one you mention is just the general one... the important thing is that calculation is involved in many area especially in the engine... it is not easy as you think... it takes time.
things are not to be simply do is port polishing and cutting CAM. There are calculation, most people dont take it seriouly.
by the way.. i never hear or seen carbon fiber sport rims ! Even in racing tracks... only use Racing Boy sport rim and also EXCEL rims ( MADE IN JAPAN )

QUOTE(nightking @ Jun 6 2007, 07:46 AM) Anyone here know how they calculate the payment of monthly installment?? actually it depends on the shop / seller itself... not all shop is the same ! the longer the monthly installment.. the higher the interest rate ! ( you pay more) dont worry.. . you can always consult the seller before buying the motor. Just go to the selected store... ask for all the details. Show your interest , no way can the seller not entertain you . it is ok for you to ask... althought you are not buying. it is customer buying rights !

gearing ratio.... 4th gear... and final gearing ratio... hard to tell you .. because everything have to calculate ! not easy my friend.! lets say your final gear is 23/22 (0.956) then you have to play with your spocket ratio ! in theory 1:1 ratio is the fastest !... but i dont know why in track racing ... not using 1:1 1:1 means 23/23 (1) 23/22 (0.956) ok..... i dont know why ... but it is very true that they using original CDI . ok ... let go one secret to you .... original mean like this.... my ex5 using RXZ original CDI ! ok ?? even my siFu say when testing the bike ( RXZ racing CDI) the bike not so "kau" ! then change back to original RXZ .. the bike jump like horse ! Traffic jam want to go in between cars... so hard to control the bike !

Both of my friends told me this. No wonder it's stiff. Any idea how much the stock ones gonna cost? Or any of you upgrading and letting go the stock ones? you can get one less than RM 100 ... it can be repaired.. but it wont be so nice compared to the original setting !
and it would cost a serious financial investment on repairing .
last time i had an accident also.. my handle broke off.. lucky my bike only damage by the impact. I was crossing a junction when this guy on a bike was speeding and hit my bike in the center part , just inches missed my leg. If not.. i think my leg will be on simen !
after that.. when i repaired it back,,,, the feeling of my motor is not as good as last time.

QUOTE(long3016 @ Jun 8 2007, 03:35 PM) maybe after accident some of the part bengkok n we could not see it n feel like everything ok, but actually maybe have have some damage to the body structure. ya maybe got problem on my motor body structure...i have change the whole front set fork also same problem.. Added on June 8, 2007, 11:37 pmQUOTE(Advanz @ Jun 8 2007, 10:42 PM) hmm...usually i'll fetch a friend of mine, his weight around 70kg+....hmmm....bout the absorber can be tuned or not, that one i duno la...but as i know, whenever i fetch somebody, no matter its not that heavy or not, it still hv the "knocking sound" when i pass thru bumps and holes...i still can't figure out from where the sound came from.. huh.. change absorber still the same ? hymn... have you check your wheels bearings wheather is it good condition or not ? But i think is the absorber because my friends new honda wave also like this . when going 30km/j over the bump... then will feel the suspension hit MAX . well i m 75kg. If alone no problem.. maybe suspension too soft This post has been edited by wevilli: Jun 8 2007, 11:37 PM
