Are u log in using active directory? If yes u shouldn't log in using AD, must log in as Local Administrator account.

Yes most issue solved with media creation tool.
Of course u can't run app store as administrator, u must sysprep into oobe den run as new user... maybe europe server internet upload issue.

all router got state unifi compatible is wizard mode, once u set UniFi-Home / Unifi-Business, it will auto set Vlan for u with IPTV ad.

Weird, its Jerky for 2160p, but download using IDM max out the speed, weird.
