Try call unifi to verified.

Since u said u register that time its give u RM30, so u can argue with them and they will rebate you in next bill.

LOL same same... still troubleshooting.. super sien....

Trying get different IP, all is the same, KL, JB, Penang all IP tested. same issue..

Using VPN premium, USA IP still same issue... Sien!

There is routing issue I think.

I manage to download/update app from app store using Premium VPN, USA IP.

Mine 175.138.x.x still slow/lag.

My relative previously use VIP5. With separated Astro Satellite.

Astro called them to upgrade to IPTV 10mbps, they proceed with the upgrade.

Then they come, they just use back the old unifi BTU, they just replace unifi modem to maxis modem. Then replace Astro Decoder, they plug in LAN port at decoder and the modem, den plug in old satellite cable (not sure why still need old astro satellite).

My relative complain that watching astro not smooth, someetimes lag/hang, den need restart the BTU + MODEM + DECODER.

yes if u using stock router.

no if u using other router. U need to enable back urself.

Nope, as long as u enable back ad, it will automatically get ipv6.

u try restart BTU + Router.

I think they means 30mbps and 50 mbps LOL.
