If i not mistaken, what tm promise only on wired. I agreed that maybe this crap router has a wireless performance issue, but inside the Terms and Condition already stated that TM only promise wired. so if you want better wireless performance, go for dual band..

I have rented a 2-storey house(B) directly opposite my house(A) to use as my home office. The 2 houses are separated by a 20ft wide road. Currently I have vip10 installed. How can I share my VIP10(& phone) across the road? Distance from Point-to-point is ~120ft.

I am sharing Unifi (VIP 5) with other housemates, any idea why when during night I ping to router (default gateway) and the ping is always request time out?

I restart the routher, it is ok for first 15 minutes or maybe lesser, then start like this again.

Problems occured on my laptop as well as mobile.

Any SiFu have solution?

Is it because of some heavy users?

To be honest, I am not sure, just move in here.

But I see router page only have 3 to 4 connections (include me).

I just curious why ping to the modem is always request time out, or even 100ms to 3000ms.

But if no request time out, which mean around 1 to 3ms, the surfing is smooth.

Did they send you any notification (SMS or email) to ask you to restart your modem to upgrade to 30Mbps?
I am waiting for mine to be upgraded as well

I have been waiting for my Unifi to be upgraded since last Tuesday.
Till now, I yet to receive any notification.
