Can my speed be disturbed by neighbour unifi? My early deduction is at night less neighbour using their unifis

Haiz now knowing this stock router can actually give me my speed, i dont know if it still worth to invest in new router...

for those who has upgraded to unifi30/50, is there any improvement for movie/series streaming from china sites?

According to people the 30mbps connection is not stable and the speed varies during the day and  night.

This has been confirm by a couple of my friends.

Anyone here can confirm this also?

With Unifi 50mbps, I don't encounter unstable speed (at least to local servers).
It is quite consistent throughout the day.
The ping result fluctuate a bit since the speedtest is done wirelessly over laptop at least 3-5 meters from router.

is the unifi 50 package with basic hypp tv @ RM219 (exclude GST) available to upgrade yet? anyone managed to sign up or upgrade?

Did you turn off the wifi on the stock router or both still on?
I just set up my Streamyx DSL-2750E ADSL modem router as AP but left both wifis on (same SSID but different channel).

28th July to be exact.

I have a friend who upgraded to 30Mbps on Friday morning, by late afternoon on the same day the upgrade was successful.

So yours took 7 days to upgrade too?

According to the TM technician who came over my place did some maintenance at the hub, he said the upload speed you may try to request via 100 and stated why you need such fast upload speed.

I ask him why they give such low upload speed. That guy said TM did some market research most of them need fast download speed not upload speed 

Isn't thats the norm for Unifi 30? That's a drawback for some .

I'm using VIP5 now....to upgrade to Unifi 30, i need to go to TMpoints to do it? Does Unifi 30 come with voice add on?

I read in previous post that there could be Unifi package without HyppTV in Sept. Is this true? If we already upgrade to Unifi 30 with Aneka/Ruby pack now, can we still change the package to Unifi package without HyppTV when launch?

does that mean we can terminate HyppTV package after 12 months?

u can apply unifi 3o through me.no problem i u don't have tv.if u lcd monitor support hdmi can be used to view hypptv channels.

You could use HDMI to DVI converter

For audio you can use the RCA stereo out to 3.5mm jack for headphones but not sure it will work or not.

get a call from TM just now offering to upgrade my 10mbps to 30mbps at the price RM199.. additional Malay Movie package. But the down side is the upload will be at 5mbps...   

For Jumbo Pack..may i know what are they offering? If you knows about these..
