I don't know why but my contract in OCC UniFi still shows the old contract date when I upgraded from VIP 5 to VIP10.

I also reluctant on upgrading due to 2 years contract.

But then I realized I live in Malaysia and the internet is Monopolized by TM Nutz.

I can't foresee the any game changes in the next 2 years. Even Maxis is also sitting on top of TM backbone and a lot of ppl also say Maxis sometimes not very stable.

Since there's nothing much we can do and Unifi is sort of a better choice for now, so I just bit the bullet and sign the contract.

2 years very fast wan lah hehe.

Apparently, changing the location (to UK) does help a bit no buffering but downloading the video is slower than usual (on 30mbps) but I can stream on 720p 60Hz on 5.45pm.

On Malaysia server, it cant even stream normally keep on buffering on 360p....

Will check on later.

that's good if it sticks to your old contract. Or does that actually mean that there is glitch in their system?

I was hoping that myrepublic will come to Malaysia by the end of the year although not much news from them yet.. sigh..

So I don't be tied down by the 2 years contract.

now using vip 10.. got a call asking me to upgrade..

that is my concern about the complaints..

why no people call me. i still waiting their marketing call and give me nice deal.

maybe this service has not come to your area or your contract is still quite new?

Agreed. Not much for me to complaint except the appstore probs last time. Unifi 30 serve me well, even though need to topup from vip10 rm179 last time.

No problem.

After upgrade then the problem started. Only during peak hours, 4pm onwards to 11.59pm then 12am smooth...
