haha.... i guess depends on luck maybe.... my fren went to see the showroom... i asked him did the SA mention about the cemetry.... he said yea... its even in their sales kit.... he even told me the SA say to pantang anot is up to your choice.... pricing is an issue to consider and the design is also an issue to consider since my fren looking for own stay... lolz... as i heard Ohako let the agency to run the sales now... so this will be a matter of developer SA vs agency SA?
