Then again, if O'hako is taller then Koi Kinrara & Twinz... it should be minimal impact to both Koi Kinrara & Twinz.

Maximum impact is still O'hako biggrin.gif

Your must understand muslim cemetery usully is very greenty one. Family will plant tree to cover up th grave. Second the propose site current was full with illegal rubbish dumpling and open burning. The main purpose mbpj cover the land use is to address the problem.
*
Yes, 'usually' That's a good answer smile.gif

I just want potential purchasers to know that there is a 15 acre muslim cemetery right opposite the river.
Being Chinese , they are usually pantang when it comes to cemeteries whether its a muslim cemetery or buddhist cemetery. Things like 'Covered or not', 'greenty' or not'.. Itu semua lain cerita.

The main thing is = CEMETERY

Thats all.

Good for your to share info but too over seem you are trying sabotage this project. Why not talk more on internal design, pricing and etc.
*
How do you sabotage if these are all facts? Unless I fabricate stories or lies Mr. hornbill_78

Before we even get to that, we have to make sure the basic thing is highlighted.

No matter how beautiful the design or how cheap the price its no point if the cemetery is the main issue.

I did admit in my one of my previous posts that the design is beautiful, though the show unit sucks!
The price is also reasonable if you look around. Another pro would be since this is a Japanese developer, quality should be assured (I hope! keeping finger's crossed)

I can think of a couple of projects that is next to cemetery (eg. Silk Residence, Oval Damansara) but not discussed as hot as this O'hako. Is cemetery the real issue here or something else?
*
Most probably those 2 developers were honest and sincere.

Try reading the 1st thread about O'hako, one of ex-purchasers related his experience when he asked the SAs about this cemetery.

I too had the same experience.

Just in case new innocent purchasers come to this thread, they won't have to time to read from the 1st post.

Of course I have to keep repeating, especially when the official launch is so near. A lot of poor souls.

I can understand why you ask me to keep quiet as you are one of the buyers smile.gif

Don't worry, since you believe in your best friend so much this project will be successful.

I don't see a reason why are you guys complaining that I am posting.

To me, if the potential purchaser does not mind the cemetery. He will still buy.

So what is the issue exactly?

I am just sharing with I know. Of course it matters, the individual itself heading Marimo plays a very important role smile.gif
Excuse me, when did I distort the facts?

Do you think you can help me with the following :-

1. Your best friend, is not the eldest son ? (TRUE/FALSE)
2. Your best friend's younger brother, is not the President and CEO of Marimo Japan ? (TRUE/FALSE)

No doubt he is very creative, that I can't deny. As for great developer, isn't it too early to say? As this is only his first high-rise project? We know he has built some bungalows prior to this. So shouldn't this be considered only his 2nd project? smile.gif

Thanks to all his 'listening', it caused so much delay to the project. BP took so long to approve. Which developer takes almost 1 year just to sign SPA?
I am just sharing. What's wrong in sharing?

You are OK with the cemetery, fine. I have many friends who bought it, either because they don't give a damn f*** about the cemetery (mostly young people) or they are buying for investment.

But do you know that a lot of people buying for own stay don't even know about the cemetery and from what I gather they are signing SPA this month? Imagine what will happen if they find out about the cemetery after signing the SPA & bank loan agreement? There will be no turning back. Its RM 500K, not RM 5K mind you smile.gif

You claim people already know? How many of those people coming to sign SPA know about the cemetery?

Again, I have to agree that the orientation of both blocks is not directly facing the 15 acres muslim cemetery but do you also know that many chinese are pantang when it comes to living next to a cemetery even though its 200 meters away (so they claimed with the diagram)

I am just keeping everyone informed, at the end of the day its up to the interested party to go to the cemetery site to see for themselves and make a decision.

Speechless? biggrin.gif

Expected it anyways thumbup.gif

No point you kept on repeating the same issue. Potential buyer if read this forum definitely had already read your previous post.
*
Like what Mr. jacky91 said, do you think a potential purchaser will have the time to read from page 1 to page 7?

They are being pressured to make a decision quickly hence they have to do their homework ASAP. I am just assisting them.

Everyone is free to post what they want to post here aye? smile.gif

Haha if you have no bad intention you need not bother with what other people say.

To be frank, I don't really care. But just to make people happy, I will just play along and post in other threads.

Problem is, O'hako is the nearest to the cemetery. Even if I go kepo in the Twinz thread, it makes no sense.

Like I said, I just wanna share that's all. Nothing else smile.gif

Some units in Koi Kinrara facing the cemetery on left. Any complains from the buyers there? Just want to know what people think. Did they found out after getting the keys? Or they knew it when they purchase and just doesn't bother about it?
*
Nobody knows smile.gif Lets just wait and see what happens after the first batch of buyers sign their S&P and find out about the cemetery later. Don't forget, this is a Japanese developer. Not your usual Malaysian developer =)

That cemetery you mentioned is peanuts, compared to this 15 acre cemetery biggrin.gif

...m a s s i v e...

LOL!

See, this is what I mean.

Nobody will tell you, unless you korek the information yourself.

I hope more people will make an informed purchase.

Its a good project, no doubt. I have to admit.

Pricing, design, concept (very family oriented) thumbup.gif

Kudos John Taro thumbup.gif & rclxms.gif

I notice people buying for own stay will definately stay away from O'hako.

The same does not apply to investors though smile.gif

Mr. hornbill_78,

Was the above directed to me?

If yes, I am sorry to dissapoint you but my answer would be a firm NO.

Why cancel such a good project? We are all waiting eagerly for the end product of this Japanese masterpiece smile.gif

one hand you kept telling people don't buy this project? I confusing..

Hey Mr. hornbill_78,

Is there some kind of a mistake somewhere ? biggrin.gif

I have never once said don't buy.

My intention is to let people know about the cemetery. If they are ok with it or buying for investment, why not?

My favourite line -> Make an informed purchase. Don't bodoh-bodoh buy without knowing there is cemetery if your intention is for own stay [if you are a typical cina who is pantang about such things]

I personally cancelled not because of anything else but the cemetery. Thats all
