That's what I am told by the bankers smile.gif

He is pushing the bankers to call and coax the soon-to-be purchasers to accept the loan offer letter in the hope that they will not cancel or find out about the 15 acre cemetery.

Luckily didn't rush into paying booking in the beginning. Did a site visit and the surrounding actually not bad. It's near to my current property but after what I has had read here about this project, I can count myself lucky not to purchase this condo.

Any confirmation the bridge will materialise? It has been the selling point for few projects around this area and some project even VP-ed for years already. There's also another proposal they said will have direct access to Kesas.
Btw, having the bridge might not always turn out to be favourable. Many will use that to skip toll and probably bring more traffic into the area.

Provided the purchaser is not particular about the 15 acre muslim cemetery

What ever happened to the traits attributed to Japanese companies/products that all of us are so used to?
Honda ? Panasonic ? Canon ? Casio ? Nintendo ?

Not forgetting this is their first project in Malaysia.

Haha

You will get a heart attack if you read this.

It's none other then a Japanese himself! I was told by the ex-staff that he is the eldest son of the Marimo founder.
A family outcast it seems, that's why the younger brother is President and CEO of Marimo Japan & he is here in BolehLand.

I am not understand why people so interested to discuss about the Mr John family members...this is their personal matter...what is his age and who younger or elder...is it related to this Ohako project?

If some of you do not know his history, then please do not simply talked nonsense here...Mr John choose to come Malaysia as Marimo want to expand their business in other countries, plus his wife was from Malaysia with 3 kids here, so is not surprised Mr John was here to develop his new launch project Ohako...please learn how to respect others...but not purposely try to mislead other people...

For me Mr John is very creative and great developer...from the overall concept and design of Ohako...you already can know his effort and hard work....if someone not interested...then may ignore this project but don't try to mislead other buyers....I never see such a developer with patience and willing to listen from buyers...

And no need to kept on mentioned the new proposed cemetery...people already know it in the early stage....but it is quite a distance from Ohako and is opposite the river after the certain distance of empty land....I am not say want to help Mr John to talk something...but I just trying to telling the truth and my observation from last time until now...most of the potential buyers already noted about it and because of not beside the condo...that is why people accept it...plus the orientation of the building is not direct facing that new proposed cemetery...so is not a big deal if someone really like the concept and design of this project...

Just feel someone like want to mislead people, that is why I just write something here...not purposely offence anyone...sorry for that.... unsure.gif

I am just sharing with I know. Of course it matters, the individual itself heading Marimo plays a very important role smile.gif

Excuse me, when did I distort the facts?

Do you think you can help me with the following :-

1. Your best friend, is not the eldest son ? (TRUE/FALSE)
2. Your best friend's younger brother, is not the President and CEO of Marimo Japan ? (TRUE/FALSE)

No doubt he is very creative, that I can't deny. As for great developer, isn't it too early to say? As this is only his first high-rise project? We know he has built some bungalows prior to this. So shouldn't this be considered only his 2nd project? smile.gif

Thanks to all his 'listening', it caused so much delay to the project. BP took so long to approve. Which developer takes almost 1 year just to sign SPA?

I am just sharing. What's wrong in sharing?

You are OK with the cemetery, fine. I have many friends who bought it, either because they don't give a damn f*** about the cemetery (mostly young people) or they are buying for investment.

But do you know that a lot of people buying for own stay don't even know about the cemetery and from what I gather they are signing SPA this month? Imagine what will happen if they find out about the cemetery after signing the SPA & bank loan agreement? There will be no turning back. Its RM 500K, not RM 5K mind you smile.gif

You claim people already know? How many of those people coming to sign SPA know about the cemetery?

Again, I have to agree that the orientation of both blocks is not directly facing the 15 acres muslim cemetery but do you also know that many chinese are pantang when it comes to living next to a cemetery even though its 200 meters away (so they claimed with the diagram)

I am just keeping everyone informed, at the end of the day its up to the interested party to go to the cemetery site to see for themselves and make a decision.

Brother Dorson not you already brought your dream house somewhere in puchong south? Why still very active in ohako? Is mr John own you money?
*
Morning Mr. hornbill_78,

No, John Taro does not owe me a single cent. Besides, money did not go into his pocket anyways =)
Many things he did which I am not happy about but I shall not continue further else people might say I am bad-mouthing him , especially his hardcore supporters like Kelvin0685, serene30 and foolmelon.

I just want to share information, that's all. Nothing wrong in that I suppose? These are facts anyways.

A lot of people who placed the RM 5,000 booking are at risk of buying something that they don't want thanks to the cemetery. Most probably they will regret it after finding out thanks to the developer being not truthful. My sources tell me he forbids anyone in the company to breathe a word about the cemetery. Buyers have to kept in the dark until they sign the S&P otherwise ...
