It is just wiper...how special you want it to be? I'm using Bosch Aerotwin on my bimmer...it does it job similar to original wiper

Hahah yes. At first I thought wanna buy good good ones but ended up thinking since MCO and WFH I’ve been driving very less and parking under the shade. I’ll just buy an okay-to-use Bosch clear advantage only. And change every year if need be.

Hi. Where can I get front wipers for Polo near Subang area, other than SC?
*
I'm using RM5/pc bought from Aeon Big Subang for my Polo Sedan, said to have special coating, so far 1 year still good.

Just check back my record, brand is Vins Extreme Magic Class Coating, really RM5/pc same price for both 16" & 24"

The clip I can't recall, maybe reuse back my old one as the included clip not fit...

Went to Aeon. The brand you suggested didn't have the correct size. Ended up buying Bosch Advantage. About RM 20 per piece. Fit like a glove.

Hi all, I'm doing some homework here.

Would anyone mind confirming/correcting if these models in our market use a timing belt or chain:

Polo Mk5
1.2 TSI - Chain
1.6 MPI (sedan) - Chain
1.8 GTI - Chain

Vento
1.2 TSI - Chain
1.6 MPI - Chain

Golf Mk6
1.4 TSI - Chain
2.0 GTI - Chain
2.0 R - Belt

Golf Mk7
1.4 TSI - Belt
2.0 GTI - Chain
2.0 R - Chain

Beetle
1.2 TSI - Chain
1.4 TSI - Chain
2.0 TSI - ?

Jetta
1.4 TSI - either chain or belt depending on engine code

Scirocco
1.4 TSI - either chain or belt depending on engine code
2.0 TSI - chain
2.0 R - either chain or belt depending on engine code

Passat B7 / Passat CC
1.8 TSI - Chain
2.0 TSI - Chain

EOS
1.4 TSI - Chain
1.4 FSI (old model) - Belt

Touareg 2
3.6 V6 FSI - Chain

Big thanks in advance!

super duper fast... my colleague booked and his car arrived at the same time the test drive car delivered at the showroom.
He wasn't even ready to collect the car.

So - the Volkswagen Virtus was launched earlier this month in India as a right-hand drive model. Powertrain's either a 1L TSI 3-pot with a 6-speed auto or a 1.5L 4-pot with a DSG. Looks pretty good tbh.

I remember back when it was launched in South America as a LHD-only model. Any thoughts or theories on whether VPCM will actually bring this in here to reenter the B-segment and replace the discontinued Vento?
