I was actually tempted to change to umobile or digi. But after calculating the cost and coverage. I plan to stick to celcom.

hi, i wanna ask guys, i register for e billing but until now, there's no bill received in my email
i asked their cs, they said they will not send bill to our mail. instead ask me to go ocs download.
i was on celcom 2013 then change to maxis and then change to this Celcom First Basic 38
during 2013, they got send bill to my email and so does maxis.
so how? u guys got receive the billing in email?
