this month bill i got charged for mms received too. just lodged a report to celcom and skmm respectively. let's see how it goes.

yeah.. i complained them online and they told me they already block those mms service. will see next month. my unbilled amount is at rm6.00 already from that mms service alone.

my question ~ how to check my balance ? what is the sms code to sent to celcom to check my call , msg , and internet quota ? anyone know ?

Good to hear but celcom internet suck big time especially 4G , depend which area u in. Good luck.

i am living in kajang area so my coverage here is pretty good .. the reason i switch to celcom just because the plan is kinda cheap and the internet quota can carry forward to next month if it not finish use ~ that is one of the good advantage LOL ~ ..

usually i not using much call and i relay to internet for waze and checking mail or message only ..

by the way ~ my smartphone not really support 4G LOL .. planning to change phone as well .. my current phone is samsung S4 , wondering why my phone hardly get 4G -.-!!

Celcom 4G coverage not as strong as maxis.
I am replying in Damansara jaya area (town) still cant get 4G. Only 3G with signal 80%. If use 4g, 20%.

Or just kill the MMS setting of it in the APN menu.

dont want to.. want to see if there is improved on my celcom..if not, plan to change to U eventho their line is suck in my area, it still cheap..

Don't be so happy about it. Sometimes celcom go crazy, got extra data brought forward from last month oso they don't acknowledge. Suddenly got capped at 3gb oso. Regardless the fact that i hv extra MB as stated in their sms.

This plan is no longer on Celcom website. Are they stopping new subscription for this plan? And if so why would they do that hmm

Is there any solution to get an ontime notification regarding our monthly bill? I only receive last minute notification so far. Really annoying.

YOu can subscribe to Celcom online customer service and check from there. its free and you can check everything there....
