So I noticed that I wasn't charged for any calls I made since last month. My app would always show RM0 no matter the number of calls I made. Today, my app shows that they've reverted to the 50 minutes per month.

same la, I called them start of the month when that figure was still in unbilled amount. CS did nothing, tell me don't worry won't be billed.
Celaka, by the time bill come out it shows double the sum charged. Had to make another call to CS. Say give them time 5 working days to sort out.
Something so normal as our monthly bill also can screw up.....

I just check with celcom website OCS, the status of my record they put as closed. And the description is not what as I had reported. I told them I was double charged. But OCS report written as follows
"SFR 1260 - First Basic 38 Customers Not Able to Use Data Service Due To Quota Data Not Auto Renew and Carry Forward During Bill Cycle"
This is not true, so I just called 1111 again, the CS personnel says it is normal for their system to register our complain as such.
I screwed him, says there is nothing normal about closing my report without actually solving the problem, and neither is it normal to describe the problem in the report different from what customer's actual complain is. I said to him, I think Celcom is doing something illogical and can be considered as cheating customers.
Report is supposed to describe the issue as is, not make something up.
I asked him back when will Celcom fix this issue which affected other customers as well. Couldn't give me a straight answer. Just say will take time. I tell him by next Monday I will report to MCMC if case not settled.

First Basic 38 seems back to unlimited call to celcom instead of 50 min to other networks
Do you guys have any template for complaining to MCMC?

Same. I called customer service and they confirmed it is billing system issue. However he simply asked me to pay full amount (rm80) and they will give rebate later. Is it normal practice to simply asked customer to pay full amount even when it's confirmed that is their fault? I've already lodged a report to MCMC.

got an sms from celcom this morning claiming me to pay rm124.15 amount outstanding.

didn't pay attention because a bit busy then later around 2.30pm i got another sms;

RM0 INFO. Kami dapati anda mungkin telah dikenakan caj bulanan tambahan bagi langganan pelan First Basic 38 dalam bil terbaru anda. Pasukan kami sedang menyiasat isu ini dan setelah selasai, kami akan segera memaklumkan kepada anda melalui SMS. Ikhlas, Team Celcom

so now i've downloaded my bill and seem that they charged extra of rm76 plus tax totalling rm81.60. the rm76 is for 'FIRST Basic 38 Commitment Fee from 03/03/2020 to 02/04/2020'

not gonna pay that and just pay my last month's outstanding.

Today is 30th April already, I filed report to MCMC on 20th and till now Celcom still has not solve this issue. How does a big company royally screw up their billing system?

Same here, still no resolution from my report. This is a very simple and a clear cut case. I don't understand why they can't solve it until now.

I had a different experience with MCMC and Celcom on the double billing issue.

I complained to MCMC on 19 April. MCMC staff called me the next day to get more information. On 28 April both MCMC and Celcom updated that the matter has been resolved. I checked my bill and was charged only RM38.

I opened a case with MCMC on 18 April regarding the billing issue. I received the following sms yesterday. Finally solved.

RM0 NOTIFIKASI PELARASAN BIL. Terima kasih di atas kesabaran anda ketika kami sedang berusaha menyeIesaikan isu berkenaan caj bulanan tambahan yang dikenakan bagi langganan pelan First Basic 38 anda. Untuk makluman, isu ini telah berjaya diselesaikan dan jumlah pelarasan akan tertera di bil bulan hadapan. Semakan bil anda boleh dibuat melalui aplikasi Celcom Life

Anyone gotten the 50 min off net call back?
Lodged report to MCMC together with the double charge, got back the 50 min off net call. The email I received saying I'm getting 50 min off net and unlimited to celcom
